Job Summary

Conduct sample preparation and laboratory testing of metallic, non-metallic, and welding materials and components. Troubleshoot test setups, document procedures, data, observations, and results, and apply knowledge of materials/processes to components. Use quality control inspection techniques and mechanical test equipment to support evaluation and release of new materials and processes into production. Occasionally travel off-site to assist with materials and welding issues while applying Reliability, HSE, quality analysis, and project management practices.
