Key Responsibilities

  • •Own ongoing employment law compliance and track regulatory updates across EMEA.
  • •Oversee employment contracts and office health & safety compliance, including accommodation requests end-to-end.
  • •Own statutory medical requirements and disability-related statutory compliance obligations, including reporting.
  • •Manage works council coordination, mandatory training compliance tracking, and timely government reporting.
  • •Design and maintain regional people compliance policies, lead audits, and manage responses to regulator inquiries and information requests.
