Job Summary

Own Lime’s end-to-end Payments Experience and fraud strategy across onboarding, trip start, and post-trip billing/subscriptions. Define payments product strategy, roadmap, and KPIs to improve conversion, reliability, and unit economics while reducing fraud and revenue loss. Lead expansion of local payment methods and partner with Engineering, Data Science, Finance, Accounting, and Legal to deliver scalable, compliant payment solutions using AI-assisted workflows.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the end-to-end Payments Experience across the rider journey, including onboarding, trip start, and post-trip billing/subscriptions (e.g., LimePrime).
•Define and drive the payments product strategy, roadmap, and KPIs to improve engagement and unit economics.
•Reduce payment friction across key rider moments to improve conversion and reliability, including subscription renewals.
•Lead expansion of local payment methods (LPMs) to unlock new riders and markets, including underbanked and international users.
•Partner with Data Science and Fraud teams to build intelligent risk systems (e.g., pre-authentication models, fraud detection, revenue recovery) and track performance and losses.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 139,000 - 240,000 annually

Key Requirements
