Key Responsibilities

•Drive the account strategy by developing long-term customer relationships with consulting engineers, contractors, and building owners.
•Lead project take-off, selection, proposal pricing, and selling strategy, including integration of equipment, controls, and services.
•Consult customers on HVAC system solutions, including financial and performance-based considerations.
•Assess customer needs and market opportunities; coordinate acquisition team members as needed.
•Convert leads into opportunities by assigning the appropriate sales process and communicating next steps; develop and execute an account business plan.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of demonstrated experience or a Bachelor’s degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS).
•2+ years of solution sales experience.
•Candidates without a 4-year degree are encouraged to apply, with emphasis on practical experience and relevant skills.
•Strong communication and relationship-building skills, entrepreneurial drive, ability to close, and solid organization and time-management skills.
•Must possess a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months with acceptable driving history.
