Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide consistently high standards of customer experience in the store in line with PUMA brand values and service standards.
  • •Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales, KPIs, and profitability goals through short- and long-term planning and expense control.
  • •Manage payroll control to maintain a highly profitable location while delivering high service levels.
  • •Manage and communicate merchandise opportunities to the store and/or assistant store manager; handle incoming and outgoing merchandise.
