Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a portfolio of commercial customers with relationship managers, deepening and retaining profitable relationships by evaluating and mitigating risks and opportunities.
  • •Own primary responsibility for credit quality and ongoing monitoring of commercial portfolio risks, including risk rating new credits and updating risk grades.
  • •Ensure underwriting quality, portfolio administration, and ongoing credit quality for the assigned portfolio.
  • •Prepare and present proposed credit actions in written analysis and verbally to the Senior Loan Committee; conduct portfolio reviews with senior management.
  • •Mentor Credit Analysts and serve as a mentor/coach to junior portfolio managers and relationship managers; analyze the portfolio for trends and opportunities.
