Job Summary

Deliver plan-based financial advice as part of the Private Client Program, owning the full client relationship and helping clients achieve financial wellness. Assess client needs, gather and document data, and provide tailored recommendations delivered through investment and insurance product referrals. Build a referral pipeline through prospecting and centers of influence, partner with branch and line-of-business teams, support teller transactions, and maintain compliance with risk, security, and audit procedures.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide customized financial wellness recommendations and deliver/referral appropriate investment and insurance products.
•Build and document a client referral pipeline by identifying and developing internal/external centers of influence and prospecting.
•Maintain in-depth knowledge of private client products/services and competitive offerings for meaningful client conversations.
•Open and manage personal and business accounts and support branch operations, including teller line transactions as needed.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including proper documentation of client interactions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience (required).
•Experience developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources in insurance and investment products (required).
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking (required).
•Interpersonal interaction skills to build rapport quickly and ask fact-finding questions (required).
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office including Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing) to educate clients (required).
