Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and develop strong relationships with team members.
  • •Carry out machine pre-delivery and customer-specific installations on Epiroc surface and underground mining equipment.
  • •Perform service and repairs on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and RCS systems with a focus on quality assurance and quality control.
  • •Solve equipment-related issues using diagnostic fault finding.
  • •Comply with Epiroc and customer SHEQ and WHS requirements while continuously improving work standards and practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Trade qualifications in Mechanical Engineering, Heavy Diesel, Fixed Plant, Auto Electrical, hydraulic, or similar.
  • •Experience maintaining surface and underground mobile mining equipment and performing hydraulic repairs and diagnostics.
  • •Proven ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and fault find complex electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic problems.
  • •Experience with Epiroc surface and underground products (highly regarded).
  • •Ability to solve equipment-related issues using diagnostic fault finding.
