Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify, advise on, and help mitigate legal issues across online content and product safety, platform, privacy, intellectual property, and AI regulation.
  • •Advise product development for Generative AI products and support go-to-market strategy with a focus on safety and risk mitigation.
  • •Develop and operationalize safety policies and processes, including inquiry handling, scalable risk assessment frameworks, and regulatory monitoring.
  • •Draft and maintain legal playbooks and internal guidance, and build scalable legal review processes to enable new product launches.
  • •Review and coordinate safety, privacy, and data security incidents, including investigations, notifications, and resolutions; support legal training and incident triage/escalations.

Key Requirements

  • •Legally qualified with 8+ years practicing law and some in-house experience.

  • •Experience handling data incidents and government authority requests.
  • •Comfort collaborating across time zones and simplifying compliance while maintaining standards.
