Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute technology and commodity roadmaps and serve as the liaison between supply chain and engineering for supplier/component selection during NPI and sustaining projects.
  • •Identify high-potential suppliers globally and manage RFI/RFP/RFQ processes, including review, award decisions, and ensuring commercial terms are agreed and documented.
  • •Drive price negotiation and maintain commodity consumption forecasts and execution plans; consolidate spend to build leverage and analyze purchasing trends and market conditions.
  • •Partner with finance during monthly close and financial planning cycles to support component pricing costs and forecasts and custom tooling investments.
  • •Identify and manage supplier performance metrics across technology availability and competence, component quality, supply, and cost; handle supplier relationship management and dispute resolution.

  • •Experience with supplier management, including selection, negotiation, and ownership of RFI/RFP/RFQ processes through business award decisions.
