Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the technical owner for the SIP portfolio, overseeing architecture, execution, integration strategy, fielding readiness, and sustainment outcomes
  • •Lead end-to-end delivery of complex mission systems including Anduril products, Lattice integrations, third-party hardware/software, and operational workflows
  • •Translate ambiguous customer needs into executable technical plans, roadmaps, test plans, and sustainment concepts
  • •Lead rapid concept definition, prototyping, integration, testing, and transition of new capabilities into program execution
  • •Drive technical execution across hardware, software, firmware, networking, autonomy, cyber, manufacturing, and logistics teams

Salary: USD 191,000 - 253,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field; 8+ years of relevant experience in systems engineering or mission systems integration
  • •Demonstrated experience as a technical lead or chief engineer for complex hardware/software programs
  • •Experience integrating complex systems of systems including software, hardware, networking, sensors, and third-party components
  • •Ability to translate ambiguous customer needs into executable technical plans, architectures, and delivery milestones
  • •Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites, integration events, and field deployment locations as required
