Key Responsibilities

•Ensure the dealership meets unit sales quotas and gross objectives daily, monthly, and yearly.
•Develop monthly 90-day vehicle requirement projections and forecast unit sales, gross profit objectives, and departmental profits.
•Sell finance and insurance products, including extended warranties and aftermarket items, to generate additional revenue.
•Establish relationships with finance sources and submit paperwork to obtain approvals for finance deals.
•Meet with each salesperson daily, conduct sales meetings, facilitate pre-delivery with the Service Manager, provide on-the-job training, and log/verify sales income, insurance, deposits, and trade payoffs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 95,000 - 250,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Previous professional sales experience.
