Key Responsibilities

  • •Process customer orders and quotations into the SAP system within agreed service levels.
  • •Communicate with customers and VWR associates via email to clarify order details and quotation specifications to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled.
  • •Own the customer request and experience from initiation to conclusion.
  • •Utilize multiple systems to research information and support order/quotation processing.
  • •Coordinate with outside sales, Sales Department, suppliers and customers to resolve issues and provide pricing information; identify opportunities for improvements and support sales growth.

Key Requirements

  • •BS/BA degree or Allied science discipline or equivalent experience preferred; Customer service experience preferred
  • •German language; A1/A2 level
  • •Flexible to work in shifts that suit business requirements
  • •Experience processing customer orders and quotations in SAP or similar systems
  • •Strong communication skills and ability to work with internal teams (sales, suppliers) and customers
