Key Responsibilities

  • •Define a data management vision and strategy for client engagements, aligning with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • •Conduct diagnostic assessments of client data governance maturity, define target states, and build roadmaps to reach them.
  • •Implement data management capabilities tailored to client needs, including governance, data dictionaries, data lineage, data quality, security, and architecture.
  • •Provide recommendations on data management tools and technical solutions to improve data governance and analytics capabilities.
  • •Support acculturation of client teams and create a data-driven culture, while contributing to Data Management & Analytics offerings and community initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •BAC+5 (master’s level) in business/engineering/university; plus over 6 years of experience in consulting and/or project management within a banking environment
  • •Knowledge of data management principles and experience on regulatory projects (e.g., BCBS 239)
  • •Ability to autonomously execute projects and apply pragmatic, effective methodologies
  • •Strong communication and writing skills with initiative; fluent English is essential
  • •Experience implementing data governance, data dictionaries, data quality, data security and architecture; knowledge of data tools is a plus
