Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with leaders and operational teams to embed HSEQ into daily operations across the Nordic region.
  • •Support implementation of HSEQ policies, standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • •Conduct and facilitate risk assessments; lead incident reporting, investigations, and root cause analyses with corrective and preventive actions.
  • •Monitor HSEQ performance, identify trends, and provide operational insights to the Nordic HSEQ Leader and management.
  • •Participate in audits and inspections, follow up on findings, and coach safe working practices in Service Centers and at customer sites.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Experience implementing operational HSEQ with a focus on Health & Safety, including incident investigation, root cause analysis, and risk assessments within an ISO 45001 framework (or equivalent).
  • •Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or ISO 14001 is an advantage.
  • •Technical education and/or a health and safety qualification combined with practical HSE experience in an industrial, service, or manufacturing environment.
  • •Knowledge of relevant HSE legislation in at least one Nordic country, with the ability to navigate Nordic jurisdiction requirements.
  • •Experience with audits/inspections and compliance activities, plus strong analytical and communication skills in English.
