Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with client and internal leads to identify opportunities, quantify value potential, and prioritise initiatives.
  • •Build the value hypothesis and business case during shaping, setting the baseline for measurement.
  • •Analyse value pools, strategic priorities, constraints, and feasibility to determine where AI creates greatest impact.
  • •Sequence initiatives and use cases by value and feasibility, making a prioritisation case to clients.
  • •Track realised benefits against projected outcomes through delivery gates and recommend stopping, re-scoping, or re-prioritising when value is no longer achievable.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in strategy consulting, business transformation, value engineering or a strong finance background.
  • •Solid financial modelling capability and comfort working with incomplete data.
  • •Understanding of AI value drivers with enough technical fluency to challenge engineering estimates.
  • •Experience with benefits realisation where the benefit was measured after delivery.
  • •Clear written and verbal reasoning that can withstand review without the author present.
