Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, test, deploy, and operate end-to-end full stack solutions, owning features from system design through observability and lifecycle support.
  • •Contribute to platform enablement, architecture decisions, code reviews, and shared engineering standards.
  • •Build and implement custom AI agents for workflow automation, decision support, summarization, multi-step reasoning, and guided execution.
  • •Integrate AI systems using MCP (or equivalent) for structured context sharing, tool exposure, and interoperability across AI components.
  • •Harden AI-enabled systems for 24x7 critical manufacturing operations, including reliability, resiliency, latency, security/permissions, data boundaries, and maintainability.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong full stack engineering fundamentals, including object-oriented design, clean code practices, and effective testing strategies.
  • •Proven experience building and operating production-grade backend or full-stack systems, including API design, service integration, and data persistence.
  • •Ability to design and evolve scalable system architectures with tradeoffs across performance, reliability, security, and developer productivity.
  • •Experience in cloud-native environments, including CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, and modern operational practices.
  • •Experience integrating Custom AI agents (beyond chat), including prompt engineering, vibe coding, context window management, and structured tool/agent interfaces such as MCP (or equivalent).
