Key Responsibilities

  • •Define the enterprise roadmap, architecture standards, and governance model for Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI-powered workplace services.
  • •Lead the design, implementation, and lifecycle management of Copilot agents, custom copilots, plugins, connectors, and conversational AI solutions.
  • •Establish enterprise standards for AI governance, Responsible AI, security, compliance, and data protection across Copilot services.
  • •Drive business transformation through AI automation, workflow modernization, and intelligent employee experiences, partnering with stakeholders to prioritize use cases.
  • •Own FinOps governance for Copilot services, including consumption monitoring, credits, cost transparency, cross charge models, forecasting, and budgeting.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in Microsoft workplace technologies, enterprise architecture, digital transformation, or cloud solutions.
  • •5+ years designing and governing enterprise Microsoft 365 platforms.
  • •Expertise in Microsoft 365 Copilot capabilities across Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
  • •Deep expertise in Copilot Studio, including custom copilots, autonomous agents, topics, orchestration, environment governance, and lifecycle management.
  • •Experience building enterprise AI solutions with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, AI Builder) and integrating via Microsoft Graph/connectors with enterprise integration patterns.
