Own the end-to-end order-to-cash workflow in ERP systems, from order acceptance through invoicing, including warehousing, shipping, and customer invoicing. Coordinate logistics and delivery schedules with complete shipping documentation, track backlog/WIP for performance and cost accuracy, and provide proactive order status updates. Resolve customer claims with internal stakeholders, manage Zero-Tax documents, and deliver monthly closing and operational reporting for business and finance review.
