Job Summary

Develop and support Oracle Transportation Management, focusing on improving the user experience, resolving issues, and managing data. Serve as a Tier 2 subject matter expert—troubleshooting OTM errors, analyzing incident trends, and recommending lasting solutions. Support end users through training, help with UI enhancements and testing for OTM updates, and assist with data implementation and rollout of OTM and optimizer for APG companies.

Job Function: Transportation & Fleet Operations

Key Responsibilities

•Act as a subject matter expert to assist end users with Tier 2 incident troubleshooting and support requests, including rate management.
•Troubleshoot OTM errors such as planning issues, mileage discrepancies, special rate scenarios, and equipment database integration errors.
•Recognize and analyze trends in support incidents and requests, and recommend permanent solutions.
•Support end users with training and development in operational processes and planning best practices.
•Support UI development, solution testing for OTM enhancements, and data implementation/rollout activities for OTM and optimizer.
