Support email operations, spam/abuse detection, and Trust & Safety workflows to maintain a secure, reliable email ecosystem. Monitor and investigate inbound/outbound traffic for abuse, perform log analysis with Splunk, and coordinate with internal teams and vendors to mitigate threats in a 24x7 environment.
