Key Responsibilities

  • •Own authorization domain capabilities end-to-end, including authorization decisioning, rules/configuration, routing, resiliency, and trust (fraud/risk signaling, credential validation, tokenization).
  • •Ensure authorization transactions are correct, secure, and reliable at scale across all networks and schemes.
  • •Set the bar for change control, testing, and uptime for the live money movement domain.
  • •Define a clear boundary between core authorization functions and adjacent domains such as boarding, client servicing, settlement, regulatory/risk, and data/insights.
  • •Partner with peer domain owners, product, and risk/compliance stakeholders during major platform migration and cutover.

Salary: USD 269,600 - 307,700 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • •At least 7 years of Product Management experience.
  • •Deep experience running mission-critical, high-availability transaction-processing systems in payments or financial services.
  • •Track record of building platforms designed for products not yet imagined, not just re-architecting current requirements.
  • •Organizational maturity to partner closely with peer domain owners and risk/compliance stakeholders during major platform migration and cutover.
