Key Responsibilities

  • •Represent insureds in insurance defense litigation across General Liability and Commercial Auto matters from investigation through trial.
  • •Perform legal research, legal analysis/advice, damages evaluation, and prepare and file legal pleadings and documents.
  • •Lead pre-trial discovery and prepare for and conduct hearings and trials.
  • •Manage post-trial activities where appropriate and handle cases with strong case analysis and settlement/trial skills.

  • •Juris Doctor (JD) and 7+ years of litigation experience.
