Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise the VA-NSOC on logistics operations; develop logistics methods for asset control, inventory management, accountability, and IT excess reutilization/disposal.
  • •Manage MAC tickets via ServiceNow and coordinate tactical standard operating procedures for equipment redistribution.
  • •Perform audits of IT assets within the VA-NSOC (Annual Inventories) and monitor assets from procurement through disposition to ensure compliance with VA policies.
  • •Oversee shipping and receiving of assets; install, remove, and transport server equipment.
  • •Support logistics analysis of IT assets, determine logistics support sequences and time phasing, and coordinate hardware installation using schematics.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 46,770 - 52,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High school with 0–3 years of logistics engineering experience (or commensurate experience).
  • •Ability to maintain a public trust clearance.
  • •Experience with large asset management and logistics environments.
  • •Moderate skills using the Microsoft Office Suite, proficient in Excel spreadsheets.
  • •Moderate skills using a ticketing system and ability to adapt/use ERP systems.
