Job Summary

Lead cobrand card acquisition initiatives by assisting the Head of Acquisition in driving product-level P&L and KPI delivery across revenue, expenses, and customer growth metrics. Analyze market and customer segments to deliver differentiated campaigns, and manage cobrand partner relationships to grow sustainable initiatives while ensuring regulatory and risk controls are met.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist the Head of Acquisition, Cobrand in driving product-level P&L and delivering KPIs across net interest income, net fee income, contra revenue, operating expenses, card base, new cards, spending, and receivables.
•Propose and implement product and marketing initiatives to grow the customer base, receivable market shares, habitual card usage, and branding awareness.
•Analyze market and customer needs, define customer segment requirements, and deliver differentiated products/campaigns to increase revenue and profitability.
•Plan, develop, and execute initiatives across acquisition, usage, and customer lifecycle to attract new customers and increase spending and loyalty.
•Develop and maintain relationships with cobrand partners to leverage their resources and build sustainable, impactful initiatives; work with relevant parties on new product development and ensure regulatory compliance and risk controls.

Key Requirements

•University degree or relevant experience.
•Over 8 years of working experience with at least 3 years managerial experience in the credit card business.
•Solid experience managing cobrand and portfolio management for credit card business with understanding of card technologies and trends.
•Excellent relationship management, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
•Proactive, creative, customer-focused team player with independent working style and strong ownership.
•Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
