Job Summary

Drive revenue and long-term relationships with SMB agencies through a one-to-many partnership model. Lead consultative, data-informed sales conversations in the Spanish market, educate agencies on TikTok solutions, and help resolve issues via deep product and operational expertise. Own agency outcomes by optimizing and improving campaign performance at scale, supporting onboarding of new team members, and coordinating with cross-functional partners on operational and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with SMB agencies in a one-to-many structure to drive revenue, agency education, and long-term relationships.
•Lead strategic, results-focused sales conversations using internal and external data for agencies across regions, industries, or objectives.
•Develop deep expertise in TikTok products, processes, and tools, including escalation and troubleshooting to resolve agency issues.
•Optimize and improve TikTok campaign performance for small and medium sized agencies and identify programmatic ways to do this at scale.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives while supporting and empowering peers.

Key Requirements

•Experience in account management/client services roles in digital advertising with proven ability to optimize client success and drive revenue growth.
•Experience in marketing, media sales and/or online advertising with direct client management experience.
•Fluency in Spanish and English (oral and written) for direct client communication across Spanish markets served by the business.
•Proven experience working with agencies or in an agency partnership-type role.
•Ability to influence stakeholder buy-in and manage a client portfolio, tasks, and projects in a fast-paced environment.
