Key Responsibilities

  • •Take ownership of assigned shifts including warehouse and kitchen processes, safety/ cleanliness, quality, and training.
  • •Maintain accountability for inventory, equipment, and other company assets to ensure proper handling, storage, and protection from loss or theft.
  • •Guide Operations Associates through their shift by ensuring the team works safely and productively, and serving as the point of escalation for daily operations.
  • •Support operations in both the warehouse and kitchen, assist with day-to-day tasks, and lead by example while maintaining a positive and safe atmosphere.
  • •Contribute ideas to improve quality and the customer experience.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED (college diploma preferred)
  • •18 years of age or older
