Job Summary

Join our DashMart shift lead team to oversee fast-paced local-fulfillment operations in a warehouse/kitchen setting. You’ll own shift execution, inventory integrity, and safety, guide Operations Associates, coordinate warehouse and food prep tasks, resolve issues with customers, and contribute ideas to improve quality and the customer experience. This role combines hands-on leadership with operational excellence in a dynamic retail logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Take ownership of assigned shifts including warehouse and kitchen processes, safety/ cleanliness, quality, and training.
•Maintain accountability for inventory, equipment, and other company assets to ensure proper handling, storage, and protection from loss or theft.
•Guide Operations Associates through their shift by ensuring the team works safely and productively, and serving as the point of escalation for daily operations.
•Support operations in both the warehouse and kitchen, assist with day-to-day tasks, and lead by example while maintaining a positive and safe atmosphere.
•Contribute ideas to improve quality and the customer experience.

•High school diploma or GED (college diploma preferred)
•18 years of age or older
