Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver the annual controls assurance testing plan within assigned deadlines and quality standards, including testing of design and operational effectiveness for ITGCs/ITACs across SAP and non-SAP products and platforms.
  • •Keep SOx IT Audit Manager, Senior Manager, and team apprised of testing status and escalate exceptions/key issues for review.
  • •Perform IT internal control and business process walkthroughs to assess design effectiveness and draft workflows.
  • •Prepare high-quality, well-documented work papers aligned to test objectives, evidence, and results standards; maintain consistency in reporting.
  • •Document findings in a deficiency log and partner with Controls & Assurance leadership on remediation/resolution for BAU controls assurance findings.

Key Requirements

  • •Relevant degree qualification in science or IT (or related discipline).
  • •Have or be working towards certifications such as CISA, CISM, or CISSP (or cloud security/similar).
  • •Mandatory experience from professional services (e.g., Big 4) and work within internal/external IT controls assurance functions.
  • •Working understanding of SOx and how general IT controls operate across applications, databases, infrastructure, and utilities; knowledge of ITAC testing.
