Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead quality activities throughout the product lifecycle from concept through NPI and manufacturing transfer.
  • •Define and improve development quality processes and frameworks across design, engineering, test, and V&V.
  • •Participate in design reviews, providing quality input and milestone-readiness guidance.
  • •Lead risk management (including FMEA) and drive root-cause investigations with effective CAPA implementation and closure.
  • •Define, monitor, and report quality KPIs; collaborate with cross-functional partners and support audits/compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •B.Sc. / M.Sc or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer science.
  • •15+ years of experience in relevant industries and roles.
  • •Significant experience in hardware product development, development quality, reliability, or related technical quality leadership.
  • •Strong understanding of product development lifecycles including NPI, validation, manufacturing transfer, and field-quality feedback loops.
  • •Experience leading structured problem solving, root-cause investigations, CAPA, and risk management methods such as FMEA.
