Job Summary

Lead commodity and supplier performance for RTX’s Electronics CPL team within Operations and Supply Chain. Partner with key suppliers to create and maintain execution and delivery schedules, communicate status and risks across organizations, and drive closure of actions with both Raytheon and supplier stakeholders. Use operations and manufacturing context to address material, technical, and resource challenges, while improving performance to meet contractual business objectives—traveling 25–50% domestically.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop, implement, and maintain an execution and delivery schedule for suppliers’ products in partnership with the supplier.
•Communicate supplier status (challenges, actions, owners, needs) across Raytheon and supplier stakeholders.
•Drive closure of Raytheon-owned actions by building relationships, and drive closure of supplier-owned actions by building trust and communicating Raytheon priorities.
•Build relationships with supplier counterparts and executives to improve supplier performance and align on execution and future business priorities.
•Discuss material, technical, and resource challenges from a manufacturing experience perspective.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
•U.S. Person eligibility is required, including U.S. citizenship, permanent residence, refugee or asylee status, or eligibility to obtain necessary export authorizations.
•Ability to perform duties with minimal oversight, including understanding organizational goals, creating a plan, and determining tactical tasks to achieve success.
•Program management, commodity management, supplier performance management, and/or procurement experience.
•Leadership experience, including demonstrated ability to influence across a matrix organization and lead executive-level reviews and briefings.
