Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and analyze structural systems for building cores, shells, and foundations using steel, concrete, and masonry elements.
  • •Prepare structural drawings, specifications, and calculations in compliance with applicable codes (IBC, ACI, AISC).
  • •Coordinate structural design with architects and other disciplines (mechanical, electrical, civil) to integrate into overall facility plans.
  • •Review shop drawings, respond to RFIs, and provide construction phase support.
  • •Perform load calculations and seismic/wind analysis; support retrofits, expansions, permitting, regulatory compliance, and coordination meetings.

Key Requirements

  • •Knowledge of building codes and standards (with strong technical writing and coordination skills).
  • •PE license (preferred).
