Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead planning for a fully digital-first marketing lifecycle, including strategy, member research, direct response marketing, agency management, creative development, analytics/optimization, and performance management.
  • •Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns to deepen existing member relationships and acquire new members.
  • •Provide input into marketing budget allocations across products and channels to deliver growth efficiently (CPA at scale).
  • •Lead development of the digital acquisition experience and adoption of new ways of working, using storytelling to drive change understanding and adoption.
  • •Identify, measure, monitor, and control risks associated with business activities in accordance with risk and compliance policies; coach and train team members.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
  • •8 years of relevant financial services experience with hands-on conversion channel experience (e.g., Paid Search, Affiliates, Direct Mail).
  • •Strong product marketing proficiency, including growth objectives, developing marketing plans, performance reporting, and driving incremental growth.
  • •Demonstrated marketing data analytics skills to analyze and evaluate information and support marketing decisions.
  • •Knowledge of consumer product regulations and risk/compliance requirements.
