Key Responsibilities

  • •Inspect all customer vehicles at time of receipt to verify work order information, identifying damage, missing parts, and mechanical problems.
  • •Prepare and complete required documentation, including writing electronic condition reports (ECR).
  • •Perform day-end procedures and set up the system for day-end.
  • •Conduct OVE courtesy walks around inspections and follow all policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
  • •Maintain working knowledge of inspection techniques and improvements, and perform other duties as assigned.
