Sales Support Representative - Commercial

Support behind-the-scenes sales by answering customer calls, resolving questions, and recommending products that fit customer needs. Help at the parts counter and provide warehouse backup support as needed. Present job quotes and deliver accurate pricing and inventory information, while using CRM and the phone system effectively. Partner with Sales associates to provide outstanding service to current and prospective customers.
