Job Summary

Program, set up, and operate CNC machining centers and lathes to produce safe, compliant, and high-quality components. Read technical drawings, develop and adjust CNC programs, perform first-piece setups, and maintain accurate production and quality records. Troubleshoot machining and process issues, apply continuous improvement (5S, lean, OEE, TPM), and keep tools and measuring instruments in proper condition. Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to support standard work documentation, training, and production targets.

Key Responsibilities

•Support safe, compliant, and efficient production operations in line with EHS standards and internal policies.
•Operate CNC machine tools, including setup, programming, daily inspection, maintenance, and upkeep.
•Read technical drawings, develop/adjust CNC programs, and ensure accurate machining outcomes using appropriate tools and fixtures.
•Record production and quality data accurately; perform first-piece setup and verification and establish standard processes.
•Identify and resolve machining and process issues, applying continuous improvement practices (5S, lean, OEE, TPM) and maintaining tools and measuring instruments in working condition.
