Lead and manage a Birmingham-based donor portfolio for Teach For America’s Field Fundraising team, developing and executing a long-term local fundraising strategy to maximize revenue from public and private sources. Partner with the Executive Director, regional advisory board, and staff to identify new donor opportunities, drive acquisition, cultivation, and stewardship over a 3-5 year horizon, and coordinate cross-functional fundraising efforts.
