  • •Coordinate with legal/compliance groups and deal teams to add/remove companies on restricted and watch lists (e.g., MNPI/inside information assessment)
  • •Identify potential transactional conflicts and escalate to appropriate legal and business contacts
  • •Analyze firm touchpoints with companies to assess conflicts of interest and provide recommendations
