Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate end-to-end new business activity, including RFIs and RFPs, credentials requests, and live pitches from briefing through final submissions.
  • •Partner with practice teams to develop pitch and proposal content, sourcing credentials, case studies, biographies, and evidence into persuasive responses.
  • •Conduct prospect, market, and competitor research to support opportunity identification, strategic outreach, and pitch preparation.
  • •Support client due diligence and governance through initial desktop research and background reviews, coordinating with legal, finance, and internal stakeholders.
  • •Manage pitch operations and logistics, maintain the UK new business pipeline and reporting in CRM, and support Burson’s UK marketing/profile-building activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Relevant agency or consultancy experience in PR, communications, marketing, advertising, or related professional services.
  • •Experience supporting business development, including credentials development, pitch preparation, proposal coordination, and live presentation logistics.
  • •Strong project management and organisational skills to coordinate stakeholders, prioritise demands, and maintain momentum across workstreams.
  • •Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • •Strong research and analytical skills with a focus on accuracy, governance, and risk (e.g., client due diligence, onboarding, risk-screening, or commercial approvals).
