•Collaborate with technical teams to develop modular and reusable solutions; simulate and test workflow improvements.
•Drive sprint and release plans, approve features, communicate changes, and proactively evaluate risks to ensure adherence to product vision.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of product management experience or equivalent work experience.
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
•Experience working with correspondence or document generation platforms supporting regulated communications.
•Demonstrated ability to translate regulatory requirements into automated workflows, including multi-state notice logic and compliance validation rules.
•Experience designing or managing end-to-end communication workflows connecting clinical/operational decisions to automated member and provider notifications across multiple channels.
