•Serve as the primary daily contact for diverse users, including frequent support for non-French-speaking users.
•Provide onsite support with regular travel (about once per week) to Bruyères-le-Châtel and La Défense, and participate in the August 2026 DWP handover phase.

Key Requirements

•Training at Bac+2/Bac+3 level (BTS, IUT, Licence Professionnelle) in IT, systems, and networks.
•First operational experience in an IT support or IT Workplace environment (internship or apprenticeship included).
•Strong Linux environment mastery and ability to support/diagnose hybrid environments.
•Excellent Windows work environment knowledge (M365, Intune) plus essential basics in Networks & Systems for infrastructure diagnostics.
•Professional English (C1 expected) and a valid B driving license for inter-site travel.
