Job Summary

Lead refinery maintenance activities by supervising a skilled team of maintenance tradespeople at Kennecott’s copper operation. Own safe, reliable, efficient work execution on a 4 on/4 off dayshift schedule, including shift handovers and daily planning. Coordinate with operations, planning, engineering, and technical stakeholders; manage breakdown maintenance and work order quality; coach frontline team members; and support continuous improvement efforts to reduce repeat issues and improve reliability.

•Engage with operations, planning, engineering, and technical stakeholders to prioritize daily work and support safe execution.
•Own breakdown maintenance activities within the work management process and ensure quality work order data.
•Coach and develop frontline team members and support continuous improvement, including defect elimination and reliability improvements.
