Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare accurate monthly financial reports within deadlines, including P&L and variance analysis.
  • •Develop monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and cashflow analysis for the property portfolio.
  • •Perform daily and monthly revenue, balance sheet, and bank reconciliations.
  • •Review financial performance with Hotel General Managers, property owners, and finance leadership; provide financial advice and commercial support.
  • •Identify cost drivers and opportunities for improved profitability; implement process improvements and ensure financial controls and compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Accounting, Commerce, or related discipline.
  • •Previous experience as a Property Accountant, Hotel Financial Controller, or similar finance role.

  • •Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
