Job Summary

Drive product enablement and release readiness by drafting and executing authoritative productization plans for the Esri product lifecycle. Partner with product development, product management, and operations to align stakeholders on licensing, migration, entitlement, distribution, and compliance. Provide leadership to other productization managers, conduct post-release consultation, analyze data for insights, and improve processes using emerging AI advancements. Present recommendations to executive audiences and support complex business and operational decisions.

•Establish product migration and entitlement rules, guidelines, processes, and compliance for global customers and sales channels.
•Lead post-release consultation, analyze findings and data, and feed insights into continuous improvement.
