Job Summary

Own the planning, design, and iteration of structured products, including principal-protected products, yield enhancement strategies, and custom payoff structures. Develop roadmaps based on market conditions, lifecycle, competition, and resources. Drive cross-functional execution across engineering, design, quantitative, risk, marketing, and operations, using data-driven insights to grow AUM and improve user conversion across the structured product journey.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead planning and design of structured products, including principal-protected products, yield enhancement strategies, and custom payoff structures for user segments.
•Create short- and medium-term product iteration plans and roadmaps considering market, lifecycle, competition, and resources.
•Oversee project progress and coordinate with developers, designers, quantitative analysts, risk, marketing, operations, and other departments.
•Use data-driven thinking to explore logic behind AUM growth and user growth, and formulate growth and operational strategies.
•Manage user life-cycle (acquisition, retention, conversion) and enhance the user journey experience across structured products.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of product manager experience with a bachelor’s degree or above.
•Demonstrate a strong understanding of derivatives and structured finance, with interest in blockchain and the financial industry.
•Strong skills in product design and project management, including identifying user needs via data analysis and implementing growth strategies.
•Show rigorous logical thinking, teamwork, and effective communication; coordinate resources across departments to meet objectives.
•Excellent English communication and ability to work in a global, cross-timezone environment.
