Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead planning and design of structured products, including principal-protected products, yield enhancement strategies, and custom payoff structures for user segments.
  • •Create short- and medium-term product iteration plans and roadmaps considering market, lifecycle, competition, and resources.
  • •Oversee project progress and coordinate with developers, designers, quantitative analysts, risk, marketing, operations, and other departments.
  • •Use data-driven thinking to explore logic behind AUM growth and user growth, and formulate growth and operational strategies.
  • •Manage user life-cycle (acquisition, retention, conversion) and enhance the user journey experience across structured products.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of product manager experience with a bachelor’s degree or above.
  • •Demonstrate a strong understanding of derivatives and structured finance, with interest in blockchain and the financial industry.
