Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the receipt, registration, distribution, tracking, and filing of project documents from clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
  • •Maintain and update document registers, transmittals, revision logs, and document metadata within project document management systems.
  • •Review document submissions for correct numbering, revision status, title blocks, formats, and completeness before processing.
  • •Prepare and issue document transmittals and monitor document workflow, review cycles, overdue items, and outstanding comments.
  • •Maintain document numbering and revision control, upload/distribute documentation in EDMS platforms, coordinate vendor documentation, and support audits, retrieval requests, reporting, and close-out.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Management, or related discipline.
  • •3-5 years of experience in Document Control within EPC, Energy, Power, Infrastructure, Oil & Gas, or Engineering Consultancy projects.
  • •Experience working with multidisciplinary engineering documentation and client deliverables.
  • •Strong understanding of Document Control processes, workflows, and best practices.
  • •Hands-on experience with EDMS platforms such as InEight, Autodesk ACC, SharePoint, Aconex, Procore, or similar systems.
