Key Responsibilities

  • •Formulate overall pharmaceutical industry development plans for the division and set BU development goals, supervising achievement.
  • •Integrate and understand how each BU’s products are applied in the pharmaceutical industry to guide unified development.
  • •Develop BU plans and action schemes under an industry development framework, including setting up cross-BU industry communities.
  • •Research market status, trends, and key areas; identify future focus areas and analyze product market positioning and competitiveness.
  • •Coordinate with marketing and other departments, track major company projects, optimize resource use across BUs, and report progress to the division manager and headquarters.

Key Requirements

  • •Over 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and over 10 years in pharmaceutical equipment sales.
  • •Independently plan and complete comprehensive pharmaceutical market development strategies and plans.
  • •Independently complete project sales work (over 5 million RMB).
  • •Have proficiency in English and strong strategic thinking and planning abilities.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or above with a background in science or engineering (pharmaceutical-related preferred).
