•Provide market information to the Sales Manager for planning.
•Ensure adequate stock levels and obtain stock orders at retail locations.
•Complete all call cycles on schedule, recording activities in SalesForce.

Key Requirements

•Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
•University or Trade degree or minimum of 3 years’ experience in an Industrial Market Field.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, or SAP.
•Knowledge and previous merchandising experience in a related industry (desirable).
•Comfortable liaising with all decision-makers and working with B2B and Channel Distribution.
