Key Responsibilities

  • •Be accountable for traffic engineering and transport planning, including modelling delivery across transport projects.
  • •Contribute to technical projects/reports, drawings, and presentations under guidance from senior staff.
  • •Participate in traffic design installations for junctions, pedestrian crossings, and traffic signals schemes.
  • •Work on Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) as well as Traffic Engineering & Operations (TEO) or Traffic Management Center (TMC) projects.
  • •Support feasibility studies, impact assessments, and mobility planning while collaborating with engineering, urban planning, and environmental teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Transport Systems Engineering.
  • •3-5 years of relevant experience in transport planning/modelling.
  • •Experience in transportation planning studies, traffic analysis/modelling, and design of transport or traffic infrastructure.
  • •Experience with relevant software such as LinSIG, SATURN, Synchro, Sidra, or Junctions.
  • •Familiarity with US or UK & Ireland transportation planning standards (e.g., FHWA, AASHTO, DFT/Highways England Standards, TSM Chapter 6).
