Job Summary

Support international road design and transport infrastructure projects focused on the UK & Ireland and US markets. Work with multidisciplinary teams in Poland to develop transport strategies, analyze traffic flows, and contribute to traffic engineering outputs including reports, drawings, and presentations. Participate in traffic design and installations for junctions, crossings, and signal schemes, and support ITS/TEO/TMC initiatives, feasibility studies, impact assessments, and mobility planning.

•Be accountable for traffic engineering and transport planning, including modelling delivery across transport projects.
•Contribute to technical projects/reports, drawings, and presentations under guidance from senior staff.

•Work on Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) as well as Traffic Engineering & Operations (TEO) or Traffic Management Center (TMC) projects.
•Support feasibility studies, impact assessments, and mobility planning while collaborating with engineering, urban planning, and environmental teams.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Transport Systems Engineering.
•3-5 years of relevant experience in transport planning/modelling.

•Experience with relevant software such as LinSIG, SATURN, Synchro, Sidra, or Junctions.
•Familiarity with US or UK & Ireland transportation planning standards (e.g., FHWA, AASHTO, DFT/Highways England Standards, TSM Chapter 6).
