Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform preventive and repair maintenance on production machinery to ensure continuous, high-quality film production while maintaining safety standards.
  • •Work safely using required PPE and follow all safety rules, work instructions, and company policies, including taking reasonable care for own and others’ safety.
  • •Act as a multi-craft technician supporting continuous improvement in safety, quality, and production, including on-call rotation and overtime for unplanned events.
  • •Troubleshoot and repair breakdowns across pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical applications, including advanced technical applications as needed.
  • •Install equipment and required utilities (e.g., conduit bending and wire pulling) and complete required safety training and inventory control guidelines.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of proven job experience in industrial maintenance and a Industrial Maintenance Certificate or Technical School degree.
  • •Strong knowledge of electricity and electrical troubleshooting, including single- and three-phase applications, plus reading and troubleshooting using electrical and mechanical schematics.
  • •Working knowledge of OSHA standards and NEC guidelines in compliance with NFPA 70.
  • •Working knowledge of Allen Bradley PLC programming protocols, including ControlLogix 5000, SLC 500, and PLC 5 controllers.
  • •Knowledge of drive systems and AC/DC motor systems, including VFD control and troubleshooting, and above-average mechanical systems knowledge.
