Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic oversight and commercial leadership for the Wellness and Movement division, ensuring service standards and financial performance across spa and fitness operations.
  • •Curate and continually refine the end-to-end guest journey across wellness touchpoints, ensuring experiential consistency with refurbished facilities and brand positioning.
  • •Drive top-line revenue growth through innovative programming, elevated treatment and movement offerings, membership strategies, wellness immersions, and strategic partnerships.
  • •Implement cost optimization across productivity, payroll, retail margins, and operational efficiencies while maintaining quality and guest experience.
  • •Prepare monthly performance reports and develop/execute annual strategic business plans and budgets, collaborating with Sales and Marketing and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and emergency procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10 years in a 5-star resort spa, retail, and/or luxury hospitality environment.
  • •5+ years as a Spa/Fitness Manager or Director, Spa in a 5-star resort.
  • •Pre-opening or refurbishment experience within previous portfolio.
  • •Fluency in English (written and spoken), with other languages as an advantage.
  • •Strong customer service, leadership, and administration skills, including managing SOPs for service, training, inventory, and payroll.
